How to write, refine and evaluate prompts for real tasks: drafting, summarising, analysing and automating the work you already do.

Checking AI output, spotting confident nonsense, and explaining in English why a result is or isn't good enough to send.
AI at your desk
Hands-on with the assistants and agent tools your team is likely to use, applied to your own documents and workflows.
Talking about AI
Presenting an AI idea, defending a decision and answering questions in English — the part most courses skip.
